Szymon Szczęsny

In 2008 he graduated from Automatics and Management at the Faculty of Computing and Management at Poznan University of Technology. In 2013 he defended a thesis in Computer Science at the Faculty of Computing at Poznan University of Technology, qualifying as a PhD. Five years later he obtained a habilitation degree in Electronics at the Faculty of Electronics, Telecommunications and Informatics of the Gdańsk University of Technology. He is mainly interested in bio-inspired electronics, VLSI circuits, computational neuroscience and hardware processing of bio-medical signals.

In 2017, he graduated in Automatic Control and Robotics at the Faculty of Computer Science of the Poznań University of Technology, obtaining the title of Master of science. In 2017, he began doctoral studies in a field of Computer Science at the Faculty of Computer Science of the Poznań University of Technology.

In 2014 he graduated from Mechatronics at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Management at the Poznan University of Technology. In 2017 he received a master's degree in computer science with a specialization in microsystems at the Faculty of Computer Science at the Poznan University of Technology. In 2019 he started PhD studies at the Faculty of Computer Science and Telecommunications at the Poznan University of Technology in the field of artificial neural networks based on pulsed neurons. He is widely interested in programming and now professionally programs web applications.

Paweł Pietrzak

In 2020 he received a master's degree in Computer Science with a specialization in Computing Microsystems at the Faculty of Computing and Telecommunications at Poznań University of Technology. In the same year he became a doctoral school student at the same university and started working full time as a machine learning engineer in the field of medical imaging software. His main interests include artificial intelligence, computer vision and embedded systems.
